All sales are final.
Our products are printed on demand just for you, so we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly printed, we will replace it at no cost.
Please use the Contact Form within 7 days of delivery and include:
Order number
Photos of the issue
🚫 Not Eligible for Return
We cannot offer replacements or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong Size Chosen
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier
- Orders arriving after a holiday or event
📦 Lost Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors or your local post office.
If still missing, reach out through the Contact Form and we’ll assist case-by-case.
🕒 Production & Shipping
All items are made to order. Shipping times may be longer during the holiday season.
We do not issue refunds for carrier delays.
